Hello again everybody!

I''ve been trying to learn everything I can about Asscher cut diamonds while saving up and preparing for the perfect engagement ring. I think I''m going to go with Quest Jewelers for a custom setting but I''m looking for a center stone.

I''m going to try to have some called in but I''m not sure which ones. I don''t have a good eye for numbers (and understand you can''t shop by numbers alone, anyways). I''m trying to get everything at Quest and they''re looking as well.

I''m looking for something in the 1ct to 1.1ct range with medium blue fluorescence, H or better color, VS2 or better clarity. Crown greater than 10%, VG or EX polish and symmetry and must be graded by GIA of course.

Can anybody (looking at you strm

nada with those specs available.
1.08 H VS1 65.3% 61% GIA m-stk no ex ex 5.76-5.68x3.71 $4480
1.03 G VS2 68.4% 61% GIA stk-tk no vg vg no 5.71x5.57x3.81 $4188
1.05 H VS1 66.3% 59% GIA sl thk no vg ex no 5.71x5.55x3.68 $4354
1.09 G VS2 69.7% 58% GIA sl thk-thick no vg vg no 5.65x5.58x3.89 $5052
1.11 G VS2 69.9% 62% GIA m no vg ex mb 5.73x5.64x3.94 $4367

Thanks for taking a look strm!

D''oh...let me say instead that my budget for the stone is between $6000 and $7000 and as large as possible. I thought that I could only afford a 1 to 1.1ct

I wish I knew what parameters you were search on. Do you just use the Pricescope tool or is there some other site that you check?
