I like the inset diamonds for my girlfriend's line of work. She does a lot of landscaping and works with her hands a whole lot.
I love the slight twist the main stone on this ring has. It was purchased at Kay's in March 2009. I don't find it on their website any more and wondered if anyone else is making/selling this ring or something like it now.
Also, it's for sale a couple hours away for $1000...so I'd like to find something similar to see if the price is decent. He says his ex wore it for a couple months before they broke up, my GF's sister is against this ring for that reason, but the guy selling it says it's just over 1ct total in diamonds in there and he bought it for $2500 in 2009. If he really is selling it a lot cheaper than I can buy new today, I'd be tempted just for the idea of having that much more sparkle on her ring. But I'm a little unsure if the volcanic soil here that creeps its way into your gloves when you're doing landscaping would be too abrasive and just scratch up the gold? I'm willing to go Titanium if it would wear better and I could find a very similar design.
