Hi,
before getting engaged, I tried to educate myself on diamonds to decide in the end that I did not want to choose a ring which might not please my fiancee. Now that she said yes, I have a better idea of the kind of rings that she would like as e-ring.

She likes pink diamonds but even smaller ones would probably be out of my budget

So I would like to offer a ring with the same type of design for a budget of up to 13k. If possible the setting would be in platinum but I would be willing to compromise for better diamonds.
Would it be best for me to go with a custom setting?
Who should I ask for the setting?
What combination of diamonds would you recommend (some pink diamonds + small white + smaller center white diamond due to budget constraints or all white diamonds to have a better center stone)?
Thanks

I personally would use either Victor Canera or Caysie van Bebber. You won't be able to do pink diamonds in the size that those are in that picture without killing your center stone budget. But either of the vendors below can use pink diamonds in a setting. CVB has made a ring this year in a heart shape and pink diamonds.

If you have already proposed, is that the exact ring she has told you she wants? If not, I would strongly recommend you have her look at some other designs to compare, such as the links I provided above.
