An east-west setting would be a great way to go for a RHR ring, though I do adore the setting you posted from PrecisionSet. I am wondering if they could design something similar for you in an east-west setting.

This thread is killing me! I want all of them for my EC now

My favorite is still the Precision Set though...eee I want to know how much it costs, but at the same time I don''t lol.

SWOON......my head is spinning from all of this bling.....can''t wait to see what you choose!!!!

I don''t have pricing yet, but I can let you know. I''m guessing somewhere around $4800? Maybe more.

That''s kind of what I thought, too. I think I got a quote from them in the past (for a different setting) in that range. Very pretty and worth it though :)

Holy Moley, I have a quote on the Durnell....Platinum - $11,700.00
18kt White Gold - $10,650.00

Now mind you, the email said these are full retail prices so an order would be somewhat less. Traps aprox. .65 to .75 total.

Eiiii-yiii-yiiii.

Precision Set or Leon is sounding like a more realistic option. I haven''t requested a quote from Leon yet, but I have a pretty good ballpark for his basic platinum 3 stone, and of course the traps would be the variable.

Holy cow! It''s pretty, but not THAT pretty lol.

I actually really like the three stone. It shows off the diamonds best :)

Purrfectpear, what a delightful dilemma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW. That is a honker. So classy as a pendant! But I would understand why you would want to turn that baby into a ring so you can gaze at it all day.

GOG on this Precision Set mounting is To Die For!

The Leon would stop me dead in my tracks and I would probably hit the floor drooling like a simpleton.

If this is for a pinky ring, the Leon!

But does it haaaaaaaaaaaave to be a pinky ring? Because I am in love with the GOG!!!!!

Elegant''s suggestion of the Liz C ring... Oh my GAWD....

I was thinking pinky ring since I already wear the pear, and on the other hand I'll soon have the 1.75 cushion in the Vatche Alexa. The pinky was all that was left

I probably would not wear all three at the same time. I do have some restraint

It just looked so small compared to the pear that I was afraid it would get lost on my ring finger.
Once you go big, it's hard to go back

Liz C has some really beautiful rings. Don't know if you've ever looked at her website but she has some pretties. There have been a few "Liz C issues" reported, compounded by the fact that she's in Singapore and you have customs to deal with.

Oh Lord... my heart skipped a beat when I checked out the Liz C site. GORGEOUS! And I was so about the buy the Bliss ring. LOL. Was thrilled at the prices until I realized they were simulants! D''oh!

Well, you have lots of rocks! Big ole rocks. Glam glam classy lady!

Ohhhhhhh.... pinky ring. YUM. Are you sure that honker''s not too big for your pinky? That is totally an RHR size!!!! Don''t break your pinky''s back with such a beautiful big rock! Give your pinky a little sparkly band and turn that honker into the GOG piece!

It will look huge with the halo!

I hear you Bliss, but my pinky is a size 6. Maybe even a size 6.25

Lots of you ladies have ring fingers a fraction of my pinky finger (PP pouts every time someone posts about their delicate size 4-5 fingers

).
You''re probably envisioning a little size 3 pinky.

purrfectpair - I'm saying maybe if you like one of LizC's rings, maybe you can have someone else custom one? Not order straight from her, you know what I mean.

Oh, and I have been eyeballing that Bliss ring for MONTHS now - but I can't see spending $1250 on it though... but I love the fluidity of that ring!

I like these rings also, and suspect they would need to be custom as I have no idea who made them.

Wait...I think I have the side view to this very ring....HA!!!

Please don''t

, rock all three at the same time if you feel comfortable, I know I would :D. I remember getting in trouble in H/S and checking out my principals jewelery she was always dripping in it and it looked awesome.

If you got it rock it :).

Pear, any news on your project????

Well, I was way off on my guesses for setting costs.

Quote in for the Precision Set; $9,440.00 in Platinum or $ 7,900.00 in 18K white gold

It looks like this is going to be a Leon Mege with traps, and that''s not bad
2.gif

I have to travel to S. Carolina for 3 weeks and then I guess I''ll send it on it''s way for some Leon magic.

I was wondering what the latest was with you, Miss Pear!

Wow, those settings are racking up some serious change!!!!!!!

I have a feeling this could be The Star of your collection! Your pinky is ONE LUCKY LITTLE DIGIT.
30.gif

Have you looked up new settings? Changed your mind? This is whipping us all up into a delicious tizzy.

It''s down to deciding between two styles I think.

Leon in Platinum with traps aprox. $5K

or, this setting from Dover in Platinum, only in rubies under $3K

What do you think? The Leon is totally reasonable, but then I found the ruby setting?
