I've pretty much decided which of these to buy for my leading lady. they're all ~1.5 carats and in the 12k-13k price range. which one would YOU choose

Girdle: Thin to Medium, Faceted (2.5%)
Culet: None

Option 2
G VS2

Option 3

To my eye, these all seem to "sparkle" relatively similar amounts-- a lot!

too small to see anything. You will have to post the stats on here directly, leave out the Cert# and carat weight. The mods will disable your link fairly soon, against forum policie to link to outside photo hosting site.

#1--numbers are excellent!

#2-nope. Angles are in steep/deep range and will probably not be as bright in some lighting conditions.

#3-maybe. Could be good, could show some leakage. An Idealscope image would tell more, but I'm assuming from your post that these are at a brick and mortar store and an IS probably isn't possible.

Just on numbers, the first would be my choice, though the third may have possibilities. Are these at the same store where you can compare them side by side? Make sure to get them away from display lighting (it makes any diamond look good, even ones that are not well cut). See how many lighting conditions you can find--by the widow, under fluorescents only, low light if possible (maybe under a table or a dimly lit area). Compare them that way and see which you prefer.

yes- hearts AND arrows looked good in the first one. not so much in the other two. I''m honestly not that concerned about H&A.

Come on down number 1 - that is my pick. If you are not concerned about h&a and the patterning looked good to you anyway then great!

Numero uno gets my vote!
