Looks like all of your research

has paid off ...

I like # 2 as well due to the EX - EX polish & symmetry and everything else seems to be in order for an "ideal" or fantastic looking diamond!

I think #1 would be a really nice choice if the polish & symmetry were EX as well.

I''ve had a lot of problems with diamond dealers giving me pictures. They seem to think it''s a weird request when I ask for it and usually say they don''t have the proper equipment/setup. What should I say in that circumstance?
