Help me choose.

I'm planning on proposing in a couple of months, and have been scouring these forums for information. I've been looking through Whiteflash and have found some stones I'm interested in. I'd like to keep my budget around $7k for the stone. I want something around 1 carat and eye clean, which all three of these are.

The last one is an ACA stone -- is it worth the upgrade from ES to ACA? HCA of 1.4.
