the dcd data you posted doesnt match the website:
Crown Angle : 34.5°
Crown %: 14.6
Pavillion Angle : 40.7°
Pavillion %: 42.8
Lab Comments: None

from the website.
one set of data is wrong.

I posted the data from Sarin report I got from DCD.
I asked the reason for difference and was told that Sarin data is subject to 1-2% variation
depending on the machine calibration. Given the situation, I don''t know which data I would use
for evaluation.

Its too far out and the data you posted doesnt match the picture or the ideal-scope image.
Its a bad scan or of another diamond.

The GOG diamond is very nice so at this point it wins by default.

I request to re-run Sarin and will post a new data as soon as it is available.
Sorry for confusion.

no problem its not your fault.
All you can do is report what they give you.
It looks like they got a bad scan, it happens.

GOG''s stone looks very promising. I''d wait and check DCD''s new scan to make a decision, but as of now, I''d go with Jonathan''s stone.

Here is new sarin data from DCD

By the way, the new Sarin data bring some other questions:

the weight of the stone: 1.05 in GIA, but 1.039 in Sarin
table size: 57 in GIA, 55.5 here

Are these all acceptable difference? I do know I have to go by with GIA data, though.

How about the imagescope picture of #2, compared to #1?
