Please help.

Trying to choose between 2 very similar Princess Cut stones. Here are the specs.......

1. Carat - 1.02, Cut - Ideal, Color - E, Clarity - VS2, Depth=72.2%, Table=71.0%, Polish - Excellent, Symmetry - Very Good, Girdle - Medium, Crown - 11.8, Measure - 5.63x5.46x3.94, ratio - 1.03

GIA - Comments - Additional Clouds are not Shown

2. Carat - .99, Cut - Ideal, Color - F, Clarity - VS2, Depth=72.7%, Table=71.0%, Polish - Excellent, Symmetry - Excellent, Girdle - Thick to Very Thick, Crown - 12.1, Measure - 5.46x5.43x3.95, ratio - 1.01

GIA - Comments - Additional Clouds are not Shown & Surface Graining is not Shown

Difference in price is $220 (#1 is more)

I know they are very similar in specs and hope to get a real person to actual view them and discuss with me.

Please advise

It''s tough but I''d go with #1. You are getting a little more spread I think because the girdle is medium versus thick to vthick and the other numbers are all about the same.

However, everyone around here says with fancy cuts you need to see it so you might want to get an ASET or IS image to check light performance if you can''t see them.

Thank you, I thought the same thing about the girdle. What about the Sarin report. What should this really be telling me? All I got from it was the crown height.

Both are very similiar in specs (but could end up looking very different). At this point, my choice will depend upon the ASET pictures.
