do you wear it with an ER?

Not yet but i will and the er will be the same as the band i already have.

It depends on how you plan to wear them. Stacked as a trio with one band on either side of the ering or on seperate hands altogether? I'm all for going "non-matchy", but I think the same band in different mm would look odd. It's not different enough to look purposeful, if you kwim? It would look like you ordered one of the bands too narrow. This is just my opinion of course. I'd also suggest that you wait til you have the ering on your finger before you do anything. I'm always suprised at how something I love in photos doesn't always look so good on my hand.

Totally agree

I agree with the others. I love the look of a non matchy matchy set, but I do prefer that the widths be the same, or at least if your stacking three rings that the two on either side of the center ring match in width. I've always been a fan of Leons string bands so I can totally understand the desire to have one!

Hi

It would be to have both rings before the ering, not one on either side.
I really want it to be thinner than the wedding band i have now but i never really thought that having same ring in 2 different sizes would look weird. You have given me something to think about!
Hmmmm...... I love the look of mismatched as well, but my concern is with the prongs eating away at the other band vs having 2 that are just smooth metal.. Oh this is so hard!

Agreeing again - wait till you have the ering, then look and decide. I'd match what you already have, rather than mis match. At 1.6 and 1.4mm - not enough difference to be noticeable.

I have that style in 2 mm and want to pick a thinner one to go with it.

To wear with an Ering I don't like exact matches but I do like to match height and width. I have a 1.8 mm Leon band to go with my similarly sized Van Craeynest Ering. The styles couldn't be more different lol but it looks nice. I had tried a 2 mm band but it was lower and flatter than my wring and just didn't look or feel as right.

For stacking bands though I adhere to no rules and mismatch to my hearts content!

Based on how you plan to wear it, I would go with the non-matching band.
