Help me choose a stone?

I'm getting ready to make my proposal, and wanted some expert opinions of which stone to go with. I'm looking to spend about $3500 on the center stone, and these are the 3 that I'm looking at:

Any suggestions? Which of these would you choose, or would you go a different route with my budget? It'll be mounted in a Tacori 2616, if that matters.
