Help me assess this diamond!

Hi all!

I know very little about diamonds but went to a reputable local dealer and fell in love with an emerald cut with side baguettes. Now I just need to find the right stone. I first liked a 3.59c emerald VVS2 D but thought it felt large in the silicone mold they 3D printed. So I then looked at others and found a 2.8 carat VS1 D that I loved the size of and thought looked really nice. However I was having a hard time assessing it from the eye in store especially with it reflecting the grey of the mold. Here is a video of it from in-person.

Also, I looked up the Loupe360 video (https://loupe360.com/diamond/LG638456601) and there seem to be a number of inclusions plus striations from CVD on that, but if they aren’t visible to the eye or don't dull the look of the stone they wouldn’t bother me, I’m just not sure if they would be.

Would love any advice/perspective from this lovely community of diamond experts thank you in advance!!

@Karl_K, what are your expert thoughts on the magnified and in-person videos?

I'm terrible at assessing EC's, but this one looks pretty good. Yes, some mild striations, but will they affect the larger picture?

The in person picture shows a nice dance as light plays across the stone.
The 360 is tough, If buying this unseen I would say move on.
Largish table and crystal issues.
However that can be overridden by in person viewing.
