HELP! Looking for RD 0.82+ ct around $4200

Hi all,

A diamond newbie from Canada here. I have spent way too long reading through the knowledge center and searching too many online retailers!

I'm looking a round diamond, my budget is about $4200 - I'm not sure if that's a good budget but that's what I would like to spend.

I saw this 0.90 ct from blue Nile for $4,258 - HCA is 1.80

or this 0.82 ct from blue Nile for $4,048 - HCA is 2.00

I understand you don't get the IS and H&A pictures from Blue Nile, so if anyone would be willing to suggest anything even better or nicer for under $4000 elsewhere, I'm up for it!

One quick question - Since most of these dealers are from US, do I pay HST + Customs + Insurance?
