HELP! Looking for brilliant setting to match Tiffany Novo

A couple of years ago my husband bought me a new Tiffany Novo wedding band. I wan't wearing my diamond much at the time and didn't like the look of my plain 14k gold band. Now I'd like to reset my brilliant cut diamond in a setting that will match the Novo band. I certainly don't want to buy a new Tiffany diamond when I love the one I have. I like the look of the Novo setting a lot, and think it would look beautiful even with a brilliant cut stone. I also would consider the same setting with a halo. I really want to purchase the setting ONLY and am having difficulty finding a match. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I have looked at BGD Novella. It's pretty close. The biggest issue is that the pave stones go 3/4 around the band where the Novo only goes 1/2 way around. Not necessarily a deal breaker. I also have the option of buying a Pre-owned Novo setting without the diamond. I don't know enough about prong sizes and diamond shapes to know if that would work, though. If I bought the Novo setting could someone change the prongs to accommodate my diamond? That seems like the simplest solution.

I'm sure BGD can modify the setting so that the pave only goes 1/2 way around as well, if you ask them. I'd first make sure the stone fits the setting properly if you are going with a Pre-owned setting. Most settings only have a 0.5 mm leeway. You might be able to fit a larger or smaller basket but this will also change the proportions of the melees relative to the center diamond.
