Help: Looking for a replacement diamond

Hello thanks for opening my post. Unfortunately my wife's wedding ring was stolen a few months ago. For our anniversary coming up I'd like to replace it with at least a new solitaire. I'm looking for a princess cut diamond around ~.75 Carat very eyeclean and colorless. Budget around 3k. I went through the pricescope tool and have gotten a few suggestions which I've included here. Any other help or suggestions on these diamonds would be appreciated.

This looks to be of pretty good quality. It looks like there is a bit of light leakage though.

They are both beautiful stones but I prefer the first one. I tend to like smaller tables but the table on the second one seems
just too small to me (personal preference).
