The first looks to be the best, the second and third are what is called steep deeps, light leakage can be the result. The first is also bordering on steep deep range but could be perfectly fine, an Idealscope image would be the next step to learn more about this diamond. Can you also post the star and lower girdle facet percentages too please?

The above link explains IS use.

From the numbers alone, #1 for me. Do you have an idealscope image for the stone?

No, I don''t have an image from the ideal scope. Is that difficult to obtain from a jeweler?

The first appears to have a better proportioned girdle, but in the end, specifications only tell part of the story. Ultimately, whether a stone has fire and life and really speaks to you is far more subjective, and also without seeing where the inclusions are located and their nature, you might have an inclusion right on the table even if it''s a VS 2, or you might have an SI 1 that has a clean table, where you might be overpaying for the VS 2. With a VS 1, you''re getting fairly safe, but that stone has a somewhat thicker girdle which provides structural strength but lacks aesthetic beauty. So sight unseen, I would recommend the first diamond just based on these specifications.
