The answer would depend on:
1. Is the stone untreated and unheated
2. The clarity of the stone
3. And foremost, the saturation and purity of the colour.

I cannot even hazard a ballpark price without a picture of the coloured diamond.

In general, every coloured diamond is unique piece, and can command different prices depending on the actual face up colour and the perceived beauty of that colour. Price is therefore relative to your desire for the stone. If you are buying it to sell, then you might have different concerns than if you are buying it to wear or collect. You cannot begin to quanitfy prices as easily as you can with their colourless counterparts. Your description can give a very general idea of what the diamond is, and then probably 20 different opinions of whether this is a good price or not. I''m not so concerned with equating the clarity with its value as much as the colour. It''s saturation and purity of colour are listed as light brownish greenish yellow, meaning is should be a light Olive colour (GIA does not use the term Olive, but in my opinion should). Fancy light is not going to show that much colour in general, although NEVER just go by what the GIA has listed as it''s color on paper. I would think you could get a much more saturated stone for the money, or this should be a lot less expensive. As Chrono said, the best way to get a real idea is to see the diamond, and then again, it is all relative to your love of the stone. That''s my 2 pennies for the day.
