Help Identifying Setting/Ring

I need help identifying this setting. It doesn't match average descriptions of rings so I am not sure the terminology used to describe it. Any help or information from you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!

A search for three stone halo will provide a lot of similar settings. Are you interested in this particular setting? Where is the photo from? Not the seller? If you are not interested in only this particular setting, then the three stone halo search will provide you with lots more options. It looks like the center diamond would be prong set, whereas the sides are bezel set. Is that something you were particularly interested in?

I would also add that it appears to have milgrain. I would call it a 3-stone with halos, pave and milgrain detailing.
