Help! I got the setting she wanted now i need a stone...

My girlfriend found this setting and she absolutely loves it. So given this setting I need to find a great stone. What is important in selecting a center stone for this particular setting? Are there any characteristics that will be more prominent with this circular setting? I need to move quick, Im hoping to propose on vacation at the end of June.

I''m hoping to keep the stone under $4,000

What are the side stones color grade?

They are 0.25ct GVS. One requirment is that the center stone''s diameter can range from 6mm - 6.5mm. Since you wont be seeing much of the stone from the side Im just wondering if their are any characteristics that may be more important than others and where can i make concessions.

By those measurements, you will need a RB ranging from 0.8ct - 1.0ct. The lower end of that ct size should be doable with your budget. Do a stone search here with those size ranges. Good luck

Brian Gavin has a couple of .90 G and H SI1 stones at around $4000. I''d check in and see what he has available.
