Help finding diamond

I have been looking at diamonds around 1ct in size. I am looking at spending aroudn $5700. I found the following stone and would like some opinions.

HCA = 0.9, which is good. I'd ask if it's eye clean (from your specified distance and angles) and if the strong fluor has any ill effects.
