Help finding a similar ring

I found this picture online. Does anyone know where I can find a ring like this? I have seen it at Vatche, but is there anywhere else - it's SO expensive...? I particularly like the small diamonds on the side just under the center stone.

Good Old Gold carries Vatche. I have no idea what the prices are, but if I were to buy one, I would most likely buy from them.

Many Vatche rings come in your choice of metals. Maybe a white gold one would be less expensive. The platinum versions are much higher priced. I also think Whiteflash carries a similar setting.

I THINK Vatche has started carrying Paladium too. It might be a good option to look into as well.
