Shopping Help finding a German jeweller!

Unless something changes we are moving to Germany. I am hoping to find a jeweller near Mannheim, Karlsruhe, or Wiesbaden open to setting a stone. Especially if we have a loose stone and setting sent to us from the states as we will not be back for quite awhile.
