Help find a new RB

So now I''m worried that neither of my selections are any good. Can someone help me find a 1.75-2 carat RB, F color, VS2 for $16-18k? Is that a doable price or am I asking for problem stones? Also, I''m in GA so Union Diamond or Solomon is preferred so I can go look at the diamond - bad approach? Thanks for the help!

I am seeing in-house round stone of ~1.8c G VS2 priced around 18-20k. F VS2 slightly over 20k.

But should be possible to find 1.8c F VS2 very well cut stone for your budget. Example, http://www.jamesallen.com/diamonds/F-VS2-Ideal-Cut-Round-Diamond-1200121.asp This looks good.

Here is one from Soloman, an Idealscope image is needed to check out the 35/41 angle combo but if that can be arranged and the image is a good one then this could be a definite contender and also an E colour in budget.
