help! Either of these stones any good?

Hi, I need some help. I''ve been looking for a 0.5-0.6 carat diamond.

The online jeweler was able to provide me these 2 certificates, but not have any pictures/idealscope of the diamonds since they are with the vendor(?)

The first one is not H&A, but has a Cut adviser score of 1.1. The second has a score of 1.8 but is a H&A stone.

Which one looks better or should I be looking somewhere else?

The reports are egl international so the grading is likely a bit soft.
I would not trust them saying a diamond is h&a.
My opinion is show me the images or it isn't h&a.

Without images we can not tell you the cut quality beyond the hca score.

thanks. I didn''t know grading varied that much from agency to agency. In term of certificates, which company is the most likely to be on the mark?

I''ll e-mail the jeweler again to insist on a picture. If they can''t provide them, I''ll probably look else where. Thank you for your advice.
