Through PS I am slowly finally starting to understand the diamond grading system beyond the 4 c''s! But I still have a few questions...

1. girdle - I know what it is, but my question is: what is ideal? medium? thick? thin?

2. the column that reads "$/Crt" - what is that?

3. Flouresence - negligible basically means no, correct? And is a tiny bit of flouresence apparent to the eye? And what does "mb" stand for?

Thanks !

1. i prefer thin-medium or medium, stay away from extremely thin or thick.

2. means price per carat.

3.negligible basically means none....i don't think a tiny bit of fluorescence will be apparent to the eye....mb = medium blue fluorescence.
