Help deciding on diamond for engagement ring

I have been reading this website and everything else i can to learn about diamonds so i can buy an engagement ring. Finally found 3 diamonds would just like some opinions about them before buying. The first diamonds HCA score was .7, second one 1.3, and the third 1.8. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Scratch #3 because of the depth making it smaller than the other two. I like the angles on #2, but #1 is excellent on cut, polish, and symmetry which is nice, plus it is a tiiiiny bit bigger. Both have strong blue fluorescence which can be fabulous in an I color stone! BUT, will BN examine the stones in various lighting for you to be sure there is no cloudiness from the fluorescence? I love fluor. and have it in my newest diamond, but I wanted a vendor who would check it out and assure me that there were no negative effects. And negative effects are rare...but you don't want to end up with a rare one!

Thanks for the help. Blue nile looked at them for me and neither of them have negative effects of fluorescene
