Help Deciding on a 1.6 - 1.7 carat ring E or F colour VS1 or VS2 GIA or AGS

OK can anyone help me decide which is the best choice out of these round diamonds?

I would also like to know if I need the pavillion and crown percentages if I have an AGS Ideal or GIA Excellent? Is faint florescence OK? What is the differnce between no cutlet and pointed cutlet? which is better? Would I be better off with GIA certified or AGS? Thanks for your help!

Yes, please, crown and pavillion numbers too. AGS0 you're probably OK, but GIA Excellent is sometimes not really so *excellent* so those numbers are important.

No culet is the same as pointed culet.

Faint fluorescence is ok *to me* but some people have a bias one way or the other. Honestly, I don't think you can tell the difference between faint and no IRL. (It is blue we're talking, yes?)

OK, I have requested the crown and pavillion measurements from the jewellers. They are not online so I will have to wait until tomorrow for a reply. I have also been considering one that has the following specs online:

1.7 ct
Depth 60.8
Table 57
Crown 15%
Pavillion 43.1%
GIA cut, symmetry and polish = excellent
colour F
Clarity VS2
Price $22,500

Is this a good price for this stone? Diamonds vary so much in price it''s hard to know when I find a good deal.

Would I be able to tell the difference between an F and E? Is the E worth the extra money? How about a VS1 & VS2?
