Help deciding between two diamonds

Hi everyone, long time lurker first time posting. I am deciding between two stones that fit into my budget. I have been looking for a very long time. I have posted the information about the diamonds below. The diamond will be set in a tacori halo setting. Any input would be much appreciated. Thank you

My concerns: Medium Fluorescence and lower color, smaller diamond
My likes: SI1 Clarity, Good Price, HCA score under 2

If it were me I would take the second one over the first, I don't think the color or fluor is something to worry about at this size and at that level.
