Help decide between these two stones and what metal to use?

Help! I have narrowed my search to be tween these two AVC stones both of which I have on hold

My head is getting melted trying to decide what metal to use with one of them....

Im leaning towards the warmer M stone as the lower colour really doesnt bother me, however I see both as 'warm'.
I plan to put one of them (prob the M) into this setting;

Please help me decide between white or rose gold shank, i will keep prongs white gold either way
