Help! Cushion cut

Please check out this cushion and let me know your opinions! We have been on a cushion hunt for several months now and haven''t turned up very many.
I am a little worried about the culet size on this stone. We haven''t been able to see this stone in person yet but we are deciding if we should look at it next week.

First of all, let me just say how nice it is to get so much info on a stone, especially a cushion!

Now, my first impression is that it is a great stone (at nice size) and that culet wouldn''t bother me one little bit. But I happen to like culets, so I may be the exception. I will say that the culet on that stone is smaller than the one on my stone, and I don''t think mine looks very noticeable, certainly not to anyone who doesn''t know to look for it.

I do think that stone could do a little better in the light return category, BUT it is a cushion (not an ideal round) and that is still a pretty good light return for a cushion.

The price may be a little on the high end, but I know how hard nice cushions are to find, so in that size range you may have to pay a bit of a premium.

Bottom line, see it in person, either by purchasing it or having it sent to an independent appraiser. You''ll know when you see it if you should keep it or if it should go back.
