Help -- Crystal Brooch For Hair

Hi ladies,

I am really frustrated -- I feel like I have looked high and low, and have nearly scoured the entire internet for a hair pin, barrette, or brooch that looks anything like the one in this picture. I absolutely love it, and would like to find something similiar.

Have any of your eyes spied anything similiar to this? Give me tips! Thanks
