I am trying to compare (2) F SI1 stones. Both are AGS000 rated.
1) The AGS cert is from May/2003. Table 57, Depth 61.9. Crown Angle 34.5, Pav anndle 41.0. Girdle is 1.7% - 2.2%. This stone is $450 cheaper than the next stone.
2) The AGS cert if from Jan/06. Table 54.7, Depth 62.1, Crown 34.9, Pav 40.6. HCA score 0.9. The girdle is 1.2% - 4.0%. Also, I do not see ANY inclusions on the chart plt (Why?)
Which stone would be the better value. What other questions do I need to ask?
