Help choose between 2 stones

Anniversary gift. It'll be on solitaire setting, size 5

The first one has a hca score of 1.6 but with strong blue fluorescence.
The second has a hca score of 1.9, the cut makes the face of the stone bigger, 7.5mm, which is close to the look of a 1.6ct stone.

I think I'm gonna pick one of these on the ring! But having a hard time of making my mind. Please help me choose. Thank you!

Thanks! I have a concern regarding the flurocesence on the 1st one without personally examine it. Other than that I have no problem buying it online. Bottom line blue Nile has 30 days return policy. Any suggestion?

Call and ask them to have their gemologist examine the stone and tell you if the stone is over blue or hazy from the fluorescence. Also, ask for a picture. They can do all of that.
