help between two diamonds

Hello,
Please help me to decide between these two diamonds:

Diamond #1
0.71 carats, J color, VS2 clarity, EGL certified

The stone is a Premium Cut Diamond, and has a 62.9% depth, 56% table, Thin Girdle, Good Polish, Strong Blue Fluorescence and measures 5.73 x 5.68 x 3.59mm.

The diamond looks very white, and because of the fluorescence, it looks more like an I color, and it is a very bright pretty stone that is 100% eye clean.

Diamond #2

0.74 carats, J color, Si2 clarity, EGL certified

The diamond features a Premium Cut, has a 62.5% depth, 56% table, Very Good Polish, Good Symmetry, faint fluorescence and measures 5.82 x 5.78 x 3.62mm.

The diamond has nice larger measurements, faces up white, and is eye clean.

It is best to look for very good polish and very good symmetry or higher. You would also need to tell us the crown angle and the pavilion angle of the stones.

With EGL stones, it would be important to have a good return policy so that you can have the stone independently appraised to see if it is as advertised for color and clarity, etc.
