Given two AGS0 princess cut dimaonds, would there be a noticeable difference between a G VS2 or a F SI1? Thank you in advance.

Very little, if any, going by the info provided. The plot on the SI1 is extremely clean and face-up AGS F/G colored diamonds with such light performance are going to be extremely close. For a definite answer call and ask an expert at GOG who can view the diamonds for you.
