honestly I would do the 'surprise' setting that Gypsy suggested with pink sapphires. Pink diamonds are just going to be a lot of $$$.

ETA pricing on fancy colored diamonds varies widely but here is a pair of 0.04 ct each for $2000!

If they like the radiant star then they might also like the Star 129. It has same facet pattern on the pavilion but with a more traditionally faceted crown.

Thank you, slg47, for that link :)!

And Gypsy, those James Allen rings are great suggestions. These 2 caught my eye. Perhaps small pink diamonds could be substituted for the current white ones. He did mention putting their birthstones on the inside of the bands with an Eternity sign. The mm of these 2 might be right for that. Does James Allen make Rose Gold rings? (never mind, I just did a search on their website, shoulda done that first... )

I just LOVED the James Allen website! It was so much fun doing a diamond search and actuall seeing the diamonds, PLUS being able to loop them... !

SweetAsscher, I will mention the Star 129 to him. Thank you for letting us know that there are more choices out there.

Once again, thanks to one and all,
Warm regards,

Patty, I think those are great choices. Keeping the pinks as small and few as possible if going to be the only way to do it affordably. Call JA and talk to them, they are very nice.
