"hearts" on arrow look super weird

I was browsing through the inventory of 77 diamonds as they are UK based so I just wanted to compare them to the international suppliers. Anyway I came across this very weird image. I am not planning to buy this diamond but got very curious and just wanted to chat here to learn a bit more from you folk what this might be?

The cut isnt great, so that's definitely part of it.

That is the back of the diamond - but nothing like a hearts photo and both those images are very poorly aligned so no one can make any real judgements

For my understanding; what gives that away? As in I had picked something of excellent cut and also restricted filters to the ratios as below. What else can I do to avoid bad cuts? Thanks

Length to Width Ratio	1.0 to 1.03

Proportions do not define H&A's - the patterning does and it comes in a much wider range of proportions than any one usually considers. If you want H&A's tyou need to use a vendor who shows real images
