Heart Ring

Hi, I would appreciate if someone could guide me about this ring that I just bought, it is preloved and the setting looks very unique, that was what I liked. They are supossed to be white sapphires my guessing it would be maybe from the 80's but I am not sure.
The only marked that is has is 9 ct.

I’m not super familiar with British hallmarks but 9ct may mean it is a British piece. Maybe someone else can confirm if that is correct
