OMG! I'm so excited. Am sitting here with a huge smile on my face that just won't go away!

Last night my bf (now fiance!) made me the happiest girl in the world by asking me to be his wife...

The proposal was incredibly romantic and so very "us"... Everything I ever could have asked for.

I don't have any good pictures of the ring but I've attached one that I took with my cellphone. Proper photoshoot to follow...

I can't believe it's real, I can't believe it's happening!

Marquiseluv, I will post pictures as soon as my antihistamines start kicking in. I'm currently in the throes of a hives outbreak that won't leave me alone. My hands are big puffy pink balls with protruding thick pink sausages masquerading as fingers. Not fun and certainly not glamorous enough for SMTB! Your rocks on the other hand, are unbelievably beautiful. One day, when I'm all grown up, I want to go over to your part of the world and play with that marquise of yours!

Diamondbuggy - you're next! Isn't there a long weekend in September? I was convinced your SO would propose over the long weekend just passed, but I was wrong. I'm sure he'll pop the question over Heritage Day weekend!
