HCA1.3 but GIA cut "Good"

its a shallow/shallow diamond.
ie: shallow crown / shallow pavilion
HCA passes some of them GIA knocks them down.
For a ring I agree with GIA for a pendant or earring I agree with the hca/Garry.

edit: ran it thru diamcalc: its about an AGS 5

I was doing a PS search of diamonds and came across the following GIA rated diamond from James Allen (http://www.jamesallen.com/diamond.asp?cid=131&item=860640). HCA rates it a terrific 1.3 but GIA''s cut rating is only ''Good.'' What''s going on here?

The stone is SI2 - check out if you are happy with that - if you can see SI2 inclusions you may not like the cut either.
