There's no "better" once you get under 2. Ask for an idealscope for both.

liaerfbv is correct. The HCA is a rejection tool, not a selection tool. Any stone of 2 or less is worthy of a better look, but you can make no assumptions that a 0.7 is better or worse than a 1.9.
