HCA score, the higher the better?

If diamond A has a 1.3 HCA score while diamond B has 1.6. Does it mean A performs better than B? Both are EX/EX/EX/VG.

No. Anything under 2 just means proceed to more info, it has possibilities. (info as in IS, Sarin, Helium report, etc.)
