HCA key

HI, Have purchased HCA key and there is nowhere to use it so can not use the HCA tool

Hello @ibretus,

When you enter your parameters and click "go" a popup will appear to enter your HCA key.

Hope this helps and thanks for bringing it to my attention to the confusion. We will try to make it intuitive in the near future.

Hi Andrey, Key entered success but when entering a GIA number it returns this message::
Data unavailable for GIA/AGS report #.
Please fill out the below parameters

That just means we do not have access to the data for the GIA number and you will need to enter the parameters yourself.

Even though I can look it up on other sites. So not all GIA numbers work with the HCA tool? Out of 5 diamonds, 2 were able to look up the rest not. (The Jeweller was able to look up online but I cant)

The HCA was originally developed based on diamond parameters. The GIA and AGS lookup was added as a convenience to make it easy to use. We try to have the full list, but unfortunately at this time, it is still not. We are working on ways to improve this.
