HCA for ACA''s- Br, Fr, SC?

Called WF to start my stud shopping and told when comparing RB G VS2 ACA-s- the difference between VG and EX for HCA Br. FR, Sc is really only on paper. She has seen MANY more diamonds than I so I trust this- but what do others think? If VG and EX look the same- then why not call them all Ex?

hca is not that exacting and was never intended to differenciate between high quality diamonds. it gives a guesstimate of performance based on proportions only and shouldn't be used as an absolute.

You don''t even need to put ACA''s in the HCA. They have already selected the very best stones for you.
