HCA and OECs

Am I right in thinking that the HCA cannot measure the light potential and cut of OECs? Would it still give an idea of what to be careful of in an OEC? For example, I''m looking at an OEC that look beautiful to my eye, but when I put the measurements in the HCA, it tells me not to purchase the stone because it may have a fish eye. I don''t see a fish eye in the stone, but I don''t think my eyes are very good at telling better cuts from poorer ones. Could it still be a nice stone?

hca won''t work for an oec. by design (small table and large depth) oec''s don''t fit the tolkowsky proportions that hca rates. if you have an oec that you love, take it for what it is.. hca won''t do it any favors.
