Having a stone set

If I purchase a stone from Whiteflash or James Allen, can anyone reccomend where I can have that stone set?

I want it in something like this:

Or do these suppliers ( James Allen) do a pretty good custom job themselves?

In Australia, I'm finding most places won't set a stone purchased elsewhere.
