Having 2nd thoughts on this custom pendant..Keep the tiny rubies or get it removed..?

Hi! Got this made recently and while drawn on paper and displayed out with the stones in the store, I was sure this would work.
Now I feel ...maybe its too much? Do the rubies take away too much? Would you wear as everyday? That was my initial thought. What would you change? if anything?
Its a small piece, no where near the level of some of pieces on here. But I would love to hear feedback. I love jewelry and I hate jewelry ...always doubting myself on purchases.

FWIW I think the pendant is quite nice, but for me I would prefer the elegant simplicity of the marquise diamond alone, and use those pretty rubies in another project.

Personally, I would prefer the pendant without the rubies. And perhaps you can find another use for the rubies. Earrings?

It’s a lovely pendant. I would have no problem wearing it every day. I do try to match my necklaces to my outfit so for me a diamond alone would get worn far more. It’s not too much though for everyday IMO.
