Hate Groups Increase Their Numbers -- Thanks to Trump

I'm not defending 'Chump'; I'm arguing the left's willing acceptance of articles feeding them false conclusions WITHOUT evidence. If they want to mosey on up to the buffet and gorge themselves on inconclusive theories, that's their choice.

Not just addressed to JoCoJenn but all conservatives here on PS:
I take it that you also question everything that the conservative articles feed (general) you and dismiss all their inconclusive theories. If so, I have not seen any such discussion or concerns.

Of course. Why wouldn't we?

I don't see anything posted, which is why I asked. :wavey:

For people who didn't vote for Trump and put him somewhere down the list when they did or left him off the voting paper entirely why do you spend so much energy defending the guy?

JoCoJenn did vote for Trump. I suspect most of the other defenders here did as well but for whatever reason won't say. Which is fine, voting is often a private matter.

I also think they see an attack on Trump as an attack on republicans/conservatives in general, since technically, he represents the party. If I were conservative, I'd want to put as much distance between Trump and conservatism as possible, and I think you'll see this happening more and more with prominent republicans. Well, I hope so.

EB I thought it was very interesting that my ultra Republican dad had such a strong negative reaction to the Muslim ban. My dad isn't a "Hurrr durrrrr go back to yer country" person, but he has his opinions on most groups. Even he was like "We don't do those kinds of things in America."

The thing that keeps me sane is that Trump isn't a Putin figure we can't get rid of.

 I post my objections to things Chump/conservatives do. I said from the get-go I didn't like Chump, that Cruz was my guy, that I didn't approve of his vag-grab comments, that his rollout of the immigration ban was poor, etc.

I just don't do it with the same emotional, blood-thirsty fervor as those on the left; rather, my comments are usually from a rational & factual perspective ... same as my criticism of those on the left.

Yes, I did 'vote for him', but really it was a vote for the 'platform'; not the 'person'. And I stated those reasons before many times, so I won't rehash them.

What is amazing to me is the demand that conservatives explain themselves because everyone else opposes anything Trump does. He wasn't my choice either and no I did not vote for him. I voted for Cruz in the primary and Cruz won my state. How many times do I have to say it? I have issues with Trump but am not a rabid lunatic about it.

^And not only are we asked to explain ourselves, but we are also told that we must now accept all of the blame for every. little. thing. that goes wrong (and by "wrong" I mean not fitting the liberal agenda) while Trump is president. Um, okay  I didn't vote for the guy either, but I have no problem defending the process, the party, the POTUS in general (no matter who they may be).

Red, JoCJ, and MHappy,
Thank you for speaking up. :appl:

So much THIS ^^ I don't mean to rub salt in the liberals' wounds, but FYI - when the 'other party' wins the election, their agenda is going to be the priority; things are going to change in accordance with that agenda, which is what voters said they wanted ... and a lot of them were democrats, minorities, and women.

I didn't like everything Obama/the left did for the last eight years, but I choked back & swallowed my vomit vs spewing it onto the left. Turn-about ... good for the goose ... et al. We (most conservatives, except a couple bad eggs of course) didn't go rioting, protesting, cutting the administration and their family down via personal attacks, etc. But if the lefties on here are representative of the left as a whole, it seems a 'hate group' was left off that survery Matata posted.

Yes, there most certainly was a hate group that was left out of that survey.
