I'm thinking about calling them this morning and going to visit their store tomorrow if they're open. Have you ever visited? Do you really need an appointment? Do they have eternity bands on display? What's it like there? :)

I believe that they don''t have a storefront at all, so I''m pretty sure you do need to make an appointment. But I could be wrong, I''ve never been there.

I just called them and they said they have nothing in stock whatsoever...

I went to SP about a year ago looking for info on an engagement ring they had in their site. They are a small operation with no front office. I met with a very nice guy, his name escapes me at the moment.

I see they told you they have no inventory at hand, that is usually the case. I think you can still make an appointment to discuss a particular project.

Yeah, it''s not a store unfortunately so usually they have a few things they are in the process of making for customers and that''s about it.

i have been there--small counter in jewelry district building--they dont stock much--too costly especially in this economy

So what are the jewelry items listed on their website? Consignment sales?

Which items? The used stuff? That''s different than what the OP is looking for which is eternity bands, which are from the Facets collection, which is theirs.

They make their eternity bands custom. You tell them size and carat weight and they make it for you.

My eternity band is from there and I just love it. They were great to work with.

Also I think the "Facets" side of their company is the one that makes new jewelry, and "Signed Pieces" is used. That''s why they have two website:
www.signedpieces.com and www.thefacetscollection.com
