My friend gets painful cramps every month, and I am trying to find drug-free ways to help her? I usually pop a couple of extra-strength tylenol and I am good to go, but she is almost incapacitated by them. I have read good things about the Allay patch online, but don''t know anyone who has used it. Any other suggestions would be apreciated as well. I find that not drinking near my period helps a lot too, but I don''t think she believes that one!
